Meet the Profile Center

The Profile Center is your campaign's donor CRM. It gathers every person connected to your campaign — live donors, imported contacts, and past-years giving records — into one directory, so you always know who has given, who hasn't yet, and who to reach out to next.
Where to find it
Open your campaign, choose Donor Relations in the sidebar, then select People. (Donor Relations also houses the Calling wing — the Call Center.)
Campaign Owners and Managers see the full directory. Captains and Team Members get a fenced view of the same workspace: only the profiles assigned to their team, so they can work their own list without seeing the rest of the donor base. Donor profiles are included on Pledgix Pro and Political plans — the Pledgix team can enable them for other campaigns on request.
One profile per person
Each row in the Profile Center represents one human being, merged automatically from up to three sources:
- From sheets — past-years donor records added to your campaign.
- Imported — contact lists you upload, or people you add by hand.
- Live donor — anyone who has donated to this campaign.
If the same person appears in more than one source, Pledgix links the records by email or phone so you see a single, complete picture — including their giving across years, notes, tags, and call history.
What the numbers at the top mean
The Home tab is built from blocks you can arrange yourself — KPI cards, the goal tracker, the Gift Pyramid, pinned segments, and the tool launcher cards can each be shown, hidden, or reordered from the overview settings. Out of the box, five cards summarize your whole donor base:
- Profiles — how many people are in the directory, and how many came from contact imports.
- Expected Pipeline — the sum of every person's suggested ask.
- Untapped — expected giving from people who haven't donated yet this campaign.
- Gave This Year — how many profiles have already given.
- Lifetime Uploaded — total giving across all the history you've added.
Below the cards, the Gift Pyramid groups everyone into capacity bands — $10K+, $5K–10K, $1K–5K, $250–1K, Under $250, and No Data. Click a band to filter the whole workspace to just those people.
The workspace
The Profile Center works like a browser. Down the left runs the people rail — one searchable, filterable list of everyone. Click a person and their full profile opens in its own tab along the top, next to the pinned Home tab. The tools open as closable tabs too, each from its card on Home:
- Call Next — a ranked calling queue: people who haven't given this year, never-called first, biggest expected gifts on top.
- Board — a pipeline board with columns for To Ask, Asked, Pledged, Paid, and Not Now.
- Pledges — every promise that hasn't been paid yet, with due dates and progress.
- War Room — a live command screen for event night.
Keep as many tabs open as you like and close any with its ✕. To browse without piling up tabs, walk the rail with the ↑/↓ keys — that opens a quick preview instead, and Enter pins it.
Finding anyone
The people rail's search matches almost anything: a name, an email, a phone number in any format, a city, a note you wrote, or a tag name. You can also filter by giving trend, whether they gave this year, whether they've been called, their source, and their pipeline stage — then sort by expected amount, call priority, lifetime giving, last gift, years active, or name.
Tip: Once you've built a filter combination you like — say, larger gifts from people not yet reached — click Save this view to turn it into a reusable segment. Segments stay up to date automatically as your data changes.
Keeping it fresh
Profiles rebuild automatically after imports, and giving totals reflect new donations as they arrive. A brand-new donor won't get their own row until the next rebuild, though — so if someone seems missing or something looks out of date, click Refresh at the top of the Profile Center to rebuild the directory from all sources on the spot. Your tags, notes, asks, and pledges are attached to each person's email or phone, so they're never lost when profiles refresh.
