What are the processing fees exactly?

They're set by the payment processor - Sola or Stripe - and vary by payment method, card type and currency. Pledgix doesn't mark them up: the processor's exact reported fee is recorded on each donation, and your Financial Hub itemizes every cent.

What do offline and manual donations cost?

Nothing. Cash, checks, wires and imported donations carry no processing fee - they're free to record, always.

On Pro, who do the processing fees go to?

Straight to your own gateway relationship. Pro campaigns run on your own Stripe or Sola account - donations settle directly with you, and you keep your own processor pricing.

When do I see the money on Pledgix One?

Pledgix collects, accounts and pays you out in numbered, tracked payouts - by bank transfer, check or eCheck. A short compliance check runs before your first withdrawal, and a standard reserve is held briefly and then released in full - delayed, not deducted.

Are there any monthly charges?

No monthly fee to run a campaign. Optional add-ons - like a dedicated branded phone number for phone-line giving - are flat-priced and only billed if you turn them on.
