1. Planning meeting
We sit with you to understand the goal and the real costs - for a building project, what it costs and what is included - and who will raise for the campaign: teams, ambassadors, board members, families.
2. The plan
Based on your raisers and your donor base, we decide together on the right type of campaign - an event, an online campaign, or both - and set a realistic goal and dates.
3. Build & prepare
The match structure and matcher preparation (we help you identify, approach and prepare your matchers), teams and captains, the campaign page, story, creative and marketing - consent-based email, SMS and WhatsApp - and shul posters.
4. Campaign day & follow-up
The call room, the Live Screen and live support on the day, then pledge follow-up and a clear wrap-up.
