Your payout account statement
Last updated 2 min read
Your payouts hub can produce a complete account statement as a PDF in one click — a single document your bookkeeper, board, or auditor can read without ever logging into Pledgix. It's available for campaigns paid through the Pledgix umbrella (Pledgix One and Pledgix Go).
Getting the statement
Open your campaign's Payouts area and use the Statement (PDF) download. The file is generated fresh at that moment, so it always reflects your account exactly as the payouts screen shows it — the statement is the same math, on paper.
What's inside
The statement is organized into numbered sections:
1. Donation activity — your gateway transactions: the gross amount raised online, with the exact platform fees and processing fees deducted per the account's records. Fees are itemized, not estimated.
2. Money by payment type — the heart of the document. Your money is broken into buckets that behave differently:
- Card donations (net) — settled charges, fully payable.
- DAF grants received — charity-card grants whose deposits have landed in the bank, payable.
- DAF grants in transit — approved grants whose money hasn't arrived yet. Visible, counted, but not yet payable.
- Direct-to-organization — charity-card money that settled straight into your organization's own account and never passed through the Pledgix balance.
2b. DAF grants by provider — the same DAF picture broken out per fund (OJC, The Donors' Fund, Pledger, Matbia, iMaaser), including the fees each provider kept.
3. Balance — the walk from payable money down to available today: payable net, minus the reserve held, minus everything already paid out, equals the figure you can request right now. Every line of the subtraction is printed.
4. Payout history — the full disbursement ledger: every payout with its date, amount, method, and status (scheduled, processing, sent, delivered, returned, failed, or cancelled).
What's deliberately not on it
Donor tips from Pledgix Go checkouts never appear on the statement. Tips are platform revenue — they were never part of your account, so they aren't listed as income, as a fee, or anywhere else. Your statement reconciles cleanly to donation amounts alone.
The statement also contains no donor-by-donor detail — it's an account document, not a donation export. For per-donation data, use the exports in your Donations CRM.
Who can see it
The statement is the payouts summary plus the ledger, so it's available to the same owner-level roles that can see your payouts hub — team members without payout access can't download it.
Tip: Download a statement right after each payout lands. A dated series of statements gives your bookkeeper a clean month-over-month trail with zero manual assembly.
