Why don't my edits show immediately?

Short answer: your edit saved fine — the public page is just cached. Campaign pages are served from a global cache so they load fast for donors everywhere. That cache refreshes itself continuously, but it means a just-saved change can keep showing the previous version for a short window — typically about a minute, occasionally a few minutes on a busy page.
What to do
- Save your change in the campaign dashboard as usual.
- Wait a minute or two.
- Reload the public page (on desktop, a hard refresh — Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R — also skips your own browser's copy).
That's genuinely it. There is no "publish" button you missed — edits to your story, images, goal, and settings flow to the public page automatically.
If it's been longer than a few minutes
- Make sure you're looking at the same language version you edited — each language has its own page (like
/he/your-campaign). - Check that the edit was actually saved (reopen the editor — is your new text there?).
- Still stuck after 10 minutes? Contact us via Help & Support with the campaign name and what you changed.
Tip: Link previews on WhatsApp, Facebook, and X have their own much longer cache (up to a day). If your new cover photo shows on the page but not in shares, that's the platform's preview cache, not Pledgix — see Sharing your campaign and social previews.
