Anatomy of your campaign page

Your page at a glance

Every campaign gets a polished public page on pledgix.com at your chosen web address (like pledgix.com/annual-gala-2026). Here's what visitors see, top to bottom, and where you control each piece from your campaign dashboard. (Your campaign's own logo appears as the browser favicon and in link thumbnails; the page header itself carries the Pledgix mark.)

Header

The slim top bar shows the Pledgix logo, a language dropdown, and a Sign in button. The dropdown switches the page chrome — buttons, labels, the feed — between the five platform languages (English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, Russian). Your story section has its own set of language pills, which can offer many more languages than these five (see Your page in multiple languages). Your campaign's primary color (set in your campaign settings) themes buttons and accents across the whole page.

Hero banner

A large 16:9 media area showcasing your campaign. It's driven by your media gallery — upload images, and optionally feature a video — from the Design & Media tab of your campaign dashboard. (Pledgix Go campaigns get one gallery image and no video by default.)

Giving tiers

A grid of suggested giving levels, each with its own name, amount, and description (available by default on Pledgix One and above). Tiers can carry limited quantities — classic tiers show "N left" and a sold-out state, while sponsorship items read like dedications: multi-quantity items show a "N of M sold" progress pill, and one-of-one items flip to "Taken" with the sponsor's name.

Story / About section

Your long-form pitch: who you are, why you're raising, and what the money accomplishes. Edited in Design & Media, with its own language pills so visitors can read it in any language you've added — from a catalog of roughly 60 (see Your page in multiple languages).

Progress box

The sidebar shows your fundraising progress in the style that fits your campaign: a goal meter with milestone tracking, a bonus-goal gauge once a stretch (bonus) goal kicks in, a team-focused progress box on team pages, or a simple "raised so far" display for campaigns without a fixed goal. Political campaigns show a donor-count box instead of dollar figures.

Countdown timer and campaign phases

Your page automatically adapts to where you are in your timeline, which you control from your campaign's Timeline settings:

  • Coming Soon — a holding page with your teaser message; no donate or share buttons yet.
  • Countdown — before launch, a timer builds anticipation. Donations are accepted (early giving), but the campaign's main totals, goal ring, and donor count stay hidden until launch.
  • Live — donations are open; totals and the feed update in real time.
  • Extended — if you extend past your end date, the page keeps going with extended-phase framing.
  • Ended — after the finish, the page celebrates the result.

Evergreen pages with no end date skip the countdown entirely and stay always-on.

Teams leaderboard

If your campaign uses teams, a live leaderboard ranks them by amount raised, and each team gets its own shareable sub-page (like /your-campaign/t/team-name). You can also let supporters sign up to start their own team, right from the page (public team signup is a Pledgix One+ feature).

Recent donations feed

A live, real-time list of donations with donor names (or "Anonymous"), amounts, dedications, and team attribution. New donations pop in as they happen. See The donations feed and donor privacy for details.

Sponsors, flipbook, and celebration

If you've added Sponsors & Dedications, a sponsors band appears on the page, and sponsors you mark for the sidebar show as a featured card there. Campaigns with a Flipbook get a page-through booklet band. And if you've enabled the Success Celebration, the page plays a full-screen animation (confetti, balloons, fireworks, or gold rain) when your goal moment arrives.

Sticky action bar and trust band

A persistent bar keeps Donate and Share one tap away as visitors scroll. Near the footer, a trust band carries verification tiles (including your EIN for tax-deductible campaigns and the statement descriptor donors will see on their card), and — when your campaign's phone line is enabled — a Donate by Phone hotline panel with a tappable number. The footer links to Terms, Privacy, and the accessibility menu.

Your campaign's web address

You choose your page's URL slug in the creation wizard — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only (e.g. annual-gala-2026). The campaign owner can change it later (with a confirmation step), but the old address stops working — every link you've shared and every QR code you've printed breaks. So choose carefully, and once anything is in print, leave it alone. Some words (platform terms like donate, login, or anything starting with pledgix) are reserved.

Other layouts

The classic page described above isn't the only look. Any campaign can opt into the full-width Momentum template from the template picker, campaigns designed in the Template Studio render their own custom layout, and some organizations run fully bespoke pages built by the Pledgix team. The building blocks (story, tiers, teams, feed, progress) stay the same.

Foundation (organization) pages

Alongside time-boxed campaigns, Pledgix supports Foundation pages — a permanent, always-on page for your organization rather than a single drive. Foundation pages use the same building blocks, minus the countdown and end-date framing, and their sections can be tailored to your organization's needs. If your account has more than one, the Organization Page tab in your portal lets you pick which to manage.

Tip: The View Live button at the top of your campaign dashboard opens your public page exactly as visitors see it — check it after every edit.
