Why don't I see a feature?

You read about a feature in the Help Center, but it's nowhere in your dashboard. There are four common reasons — check them in order.
1. Your campaign's plan
Most features are tied to the campaign model. A few examples of the defaults:
- Pledgix Go doesn't include the Analytics section, recurring donations, donation tiers, sponsors, the AI studios, or team messaging.
- Pledgix One adds all of those, but the planning suite, marketing engine, call center, live event mode, donor profiles, visitor analytics, historical intelligence, the Financial Hub, match pools, team groups and captains, and the email/poster/flipbook design studios are available on Pledgix Pro and Political plans.
If a feature belongs to a higher plan, its entry usually disappears from your navigation and settings entirely — nothing is broken, it's just not part of your plan. On Go campaigns, some features stay half-visible with a "Pledgix One" chip that opens the upgrade dialog.
2. A per-campaign adjustment
Plan defaults aren't the whole story. The Pledgix team can enable or disable individual features for a single campaign — for example, turning on the call center for a One campaign for an event, or enabling live event mode for one night. So two campaigns on the same plan can legitimately show different features. If a feature you had yesterday is gone today (or a below-plan feature appears), a per-campaign adjustment is the likely reason.
3. Your role — and the "Viewing as" lens
What you see also depends on who you are in the campaign:
- Owners and managers see the full management dashboard.
- Captains and team members see a team-scoped view — team pages, their own donations and links, but not campaign-wide finances or settings.
- Callers see only the Call Center dialer with their assigned lists.
Managers can also preview the narrower views with the three-way Viewing as lens (Manager / Captain / Team). If your dashboard suddenly looks stripped down, check that you haven't left the lens on a team view.
4. A channel switch
Some sections need both the plan and a platform-managed switch. The call center and the marketing engine, for example, are enabled per campaign by the Pledgix team in a settings area only platform staff can see. If you have the right plan but the tab still isn't there, the channel simply hasn't been switched on for your campaign yet.
How to request access
If you want a feature your campaign doesn't currently show:
- Open Help & Support from your account menu and create a support ticket.
- Name the campaign and the feature, and briefly say what you need it for.
- Our team reviews these promptly — typically replying within 48 hours — and can enable the feature for your campaign or advise on an upgrade.
Tip: For plan-level gaps on a Go campaign, you don't need a ticket at all — the self-serve upgrade unlocks the One feature set instantly. See Upgrading from Go to One.
