Choosing a campaign model

Every Pledgix campaign runs on one of our models. The campaign wizard offers the three US models side by side, with a UK switch underneath (UK visitors see the UK model first); Political is set up directly with our team. Here's how to pick.

Pledgix Go — the free basics

Completely free: 0% platform fee, funded by an optional donor tip at checkout. A single simple page under the Pledgix 501(c)(3) nonprofit umbrella, with automatic tax receipts and instant self-serve launch.

Not included: analytics, reports and exports, recurring donations, AI design and story tools, and the free call-in hotline (a Go campaign can only use a purchased dedicated number). See What is Pledgix Go? for the full picture.

Choose Go if: you want the simplest possible page and zero cost, and can live without the growth tools.

Pledgix One — the recommended standard

Launches in seconds like Go — same umbrella, same tax-deductible receipts — plus the tools that actually grow a campaign:

  • Team leaderboards, team link tracking, and team alerts on every donation (email, SMS, and WhatsApp)
  • Analytics dashboards, reports, and exports
  • Recurring donations
  • Donation tiers and sponsor showcases
  • AI banner designer and AI story writer
  • A free call-in donation hotline

The platform fee is the current Pledgix One rate, shown right in the wizard and on the pricing page. No approval needed — pick One and be live today.

Choose One if: you're running a real campaign with teams, follow-up, and a goal to hit. It's preselected in the wizard for a reason.

Pledgix One UK — for UK fundraisers

Everything One gives you, built for the United Kingdom. Your campaign runs under our UK charity partner AHT — Amud Hatzdokoh Trust (Registered Charity No. 1122777): AHT is the charity of record, donations are processed in the UK in £ GBP, donors receive receipts carrying AHT's charity number (no US tax forms), and your campaign gets a UK phone line for call-in donations — London (020) or Manchester (0161).

In the wizard, click "Fundraising from the UK?" under the model cards (UK visitors land on the UK view automatically). Self-serve — launch today. The UK platform fee is shown by the Pledgix team's current UK rate.

Choose One UK if: you and your donors are in the UK. Same toolkit as One — teams, recurring gifts, analytics — with a UK charity, UK money, and UK receipts.

Pledgix Pro — for large organizations

Everything in One, plus advanced controls for high-volume organizations: your own payment gateway (Stripe / Sola), the full marketing engine (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and robocalls), custom email design, a call center, live event mode with full-screen displays, historical intelligence, the planning suite, the Financial Hub, match pools, team groups and captains, donor profiles, and QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Slack integrations.

Pro is request-based: the wizard collects your organization details and a Pledgix specialist sets everything up with you — it's not an instant launch. See Requesting a Pro campaign.

Choose Pro if: you process high volume, want your own merchant account, or need the marketing and event toolset.

Pledgix Political — by arrangement

FEC-ready political fundraising with donor eligibility checks and compliance reporting. Political campaigns aren't selectable in the wizard — they are configured directly with the Pledgix team, who verify your eligibility first. Start a Pro request or contact Pledgix support to begin.

Can I change my mind later?

  • Go → One: yes, self-serve and instant — see Upgrading from Go to One (it's permanent, and the One rate applies to everything already raised).
  • One → Pro / Political: submit a request and the Pledgix team converts your campaign with you.
  • Downgrades: there is no self-serve downgrade.
Tip: Feature lists above are the plan defaults. The Pledgix team can enable or disable individual features for a specific campaign on request.
