What is Pledgix Go?

Pledgix Go is the free way to fundraise on Pledgix. You launch a simple, beautiful campaign page in minutes, Pledgix charges a 0% platform fee, and everything runs under the same nonprofit umbrella as Pledgix One — no merchant application, no paperwork.
How can it be free?
Go takes nothing from the donations themselves. Instead, at checkout your donors are invited to add a small optional tip to Pledgix — the same way other free fundraising sites keep the lights on:
- The tip is suggested as a small percentage, and the donor can change it or choose not to add one at all — declining is always one tap away.
- The tip is charged on top of the donation, never taken out of it. It does not appear in your campaign total, and it is never part of your payout.
- Standard payment-processing fees are charged separately by the payment processor, as with every plan.
Tax-deductible, handled for you
Just like Pledgix One, Go is fiscal sponsorship: donations are made to Pledgix Charitable Fund Inc., a registered 501(c)(3), and granted to your cause. Donors automatically receive a tax receipt with a unique receipt number, and payments, payouts, and chargebacks are handled by Pledgix.
What's included
- A public campaign page with your own web address and a real-time donation thermometer
- One campaign photo and your story
- Teams with their own pages
- Automated donor tax receipts
- A campaign dashboard with your goal progress and recent donations
What Go doesn't include
Go keeps the essentials and leaves the growth tools to Pledgix One:
- One gallery image — no additional photos and no campaign video
- No story translations — your page runs in a single language
- No bonus (stretch) goal
- No custom quick amounts — donors see the platform's default suggested amounts
- No public team signup and no team donation alerts
- No Analytics section — no dashboards, reports, or exports
- No recurring donations, donation tiers, or AI design and story tools
- Telephone system: dedicated number only — a Go campaign can take phone donations, but only through a purchased dedicated number; the free shared line with a campaign PIN is a Pledgix One feature
Tip: These are the plan defaults. The Pledgix team can adjust feature access for an individual campaign on request — see Why don't I see a feature?
Starting a Go campaign
Go is fully self-serve. Open My Campaigns, click New Campaign, and choose Go on the model selection step. Your campaign launches instantly — no approval needed. See Creating your first campaign for the full walkthrough.
Ready for more later?
You can upgrade a Go campaign to Pledgix One at any time from Campaign Settings → General. The upgrade is permanent and the One rate applies to the whole campaign, including what you already raised on Go — read Upgrading from Go to One before you click.
