When is my first payout?

Last updated 1 min read

Your Pledgix Go or Pledgix One campaign can raise money right now — compliance approval is only required before Pledgix can process and send out payouts. Two things need to be true before your first disbursement:

  1. Your compliance documents are approved. Upload and submit them in the Verification view of your campaign's Payouts & Transactions tab (see How do I upload a compliance document?).
  2. Your payout hold period has ended. Approval starts a hold clock — 90 days by default, though your campaign may be configured differently. Your approval email states the exact date, and the Payouts & Transactions tab shows "Payout hold period ends {date}."

Once both are true, the Pledgix team issues payouts of your available balance to your active payout method. There's no minimum amount you have to reach, and payouts are individually numbered and emailed to you as they happen. And if your check method has been admin-verified, you can even issue a payout check yourself — confirmed with a one-time email code and subject to per-check and daily limits.

How to be ready on day one

  1. Submit your compliance documents early — the hold clock only starts at approval.
  2. As soon as the payouts section unlocks, add your payout method (bank transfer is typically fastest).
  3. Watch for the approval email — it contains your exact hold-end date.
Tip: Want a disbursement as soon as your hold ends, or have questions about your specific timing? Message the team through the campaign chat (the chat icon in your campaign header) — mentioning your campaign name gets you the fastest answer.
