Understanding your campaign analytics

Your campaign dashboard turns every donation and page visit into numbers you can act on. There are two places to look: the Overview tab for the daily pulse, and the Analytics hub for the deep dive.

The Overview tab: your command center

Open any campaign and you land on Overview. From top to bottom:

The hero banner shows your campaign's vital signs: Days Left, Days Running, Donors, Teams, and Visits, plus a progress bar through your campaign's duration.

The goal ring is a circular progress meter showing the percentage funded and the amount raised toward your goal (including your bonus goal, if set).

KPI chips give you at-a-glance metrics:

  • Total Raised — with your total donation count
  • Today — today's donations, with a trend versus recent days
  • Velocity — dollars raised per hour
  • Avg Gift — average donation size
  • Top Gift — your largest single donation and who gave it
  • Page Visits — traffic to your campaign page, including today's count
  • Total Clicks — clicks on your campaign's links across the entire campaign
  • Active Links — how many of your teams have a live fundraising link

Charts and panels below include the Donation Trend — 14 Days chart, Today by Hour (which hours are hot today), the Team Leaderboard, a Pace & Projection card (velocity, projected final total), Team Link Status, and a live Recent Donations feed with each gift's donor, team, and payment method.

On Pledgix Go campaigns the Overview swaps the team sections for two Go-focused cards: Road to Goal (amount remaining, needed per day, days left, gifts to go) and a Payment Methods mix of how your donors are giving.

The Analytics hub: the deep dive

The Analytics section in the sidebar has up to four tabs, depending on your plan:

  • Visits — visitor analytics
  • Analytics — donation dashboards
  • Historical — year-over-year intelligence
  • Reports — reports and exports

Visits (visitor analytics)

Everything about your traffic, with a time-range filter (last 7 days, 30 days, or all time):

  • Overview — Total Visits, Today, Sessions, Countries, Conversion, and Peak Hour, plus a 14-day visits chart and visits-by-hour-of-day breakdown
  • By Team — a sortable table showing which team links drive the most activity, best conversion, and top revenue
  • Geography — Top Countries, Top Cities, and a live map of where your visitors are
  • Live Feed — visits streaming in, in real time
Tip: Watch your Conversion rate as closely as Total Raised. Lots of visits with a low conversion rate usually means your story or suggested amounts need work — traffic isn't your problem, the page is.

Analytics (donation dashboards)

Donation-focused analysis with ranges from the last 7 days to all time: donation trends day by day, conversion metrics from visit to gift, donor analytics (including new versus returning donors), and team performance rankings.

Looking for donor profiles? Individual donor histories now live in Donor Relations (the People wing), not in the Analytics hub.

Which plans see what

  • Pledgix One includes the Analytics and Reports tabs.
  • Visits and Historical are included on Pledgix Pro and Political plans.
  • Pledgix Go doesn't include the Analytics section — the sidebar entry appears dimmed, and opening it shows the one-click upgrade to Pledgix One.
  • The Pledgix team can adjust access per campaign — ask support if your event needs a tab your plan doesn't include.

Portfolio analytics

Back on the My Campaigns page, the Portfolio Analytics section compares across all your campaigns: Top Campaigns by Revenue and a Status Distribution donut of where each campaign sits in its lifecycle.

Who sees what

  • Managers and Campaign Admins see everything their plan includes.
  • Team members and captains see a focused view centered on their own team's progress; campaign-wide financial panels are not part of their portal view.

Frequently asked

Why do my visit counts differ from my social media click counts? Analytics count actual page loads on your campaign page. Clicks that don't complete loading (or are filtered as bots) won't appear.

How fresh are the numbers? The Overview and live feeds update continuously; trend charts reflect data up to the current hour.
