Signing in with email and password

  1. Open the Pledgix sign-in page.
  2. Enter your Email address and Password.
  3. Complete the security check below the password field. This Cloudflare verification usually passes on its own (you'll see a green Verified confirmation); occasionally it asks for a quick checkbox click. The Sign in button stays disabled until the check completes.
  4. Select Sign in.

You're taken straight to your dashboard — or, if you followed a link to a specific page before signing in, right back to that page.

If the security check itself has trouble, it says so under the widget: "Verification error (…). Refresh the page and try again, or use a different browser." means the check failed — refreshing usually fixes it — while "Could not load security verification. Check your internet connection and try again." means the widget couldn't load at all (often an ad-blocker or connection issue); in that case you can still attempt to sign in.

Tip: Use the eye icon in the password field to show or hide what you're typing.

Signing in with Google

If you created your account with Google, select the Google button instead. You'll briefly hop to Google to confirm your identity, then land back in your dashboard.

Signing in with Google never creates an account: if your Google address doesn't have a Pledgix account yet, use Create account and pick the Google option there instead — that's the flow that sets a new account up.

Understanding sign-in messages

"Invalid email or password." The email/password combination didn't match. Check for typos (including the email address itself), and mind Caps Lock. If you can't remember your password, use Forgot password? — see Resetting your password.

"Confirm your email using the verification link we sent before signing in." Your account exists but hasn't been verified yet. Find the verification email in your inbox and click the link. See Verifying your email address if the link has expired.

"Your session expired due to inactivity. Please sign in again." Your previous session ended. Simply sign in again — nothing is lost.

"Access denied from this network location." Your organization has restricted access to specific networks and your current connection isn't on the list. Contact support if you believe this is an error.

"Your sign-in session expired. Please try again." (during Google sign-in) The handshake with Google timed out — usually from using the browser Back button mid-sign-in. Just click the Google button again.

Staying signed in

Once you're in, Pledgix keeps your session alive automatically while you work — there's no short inactivity timer that kicks you out mid-task. Your session persists until you sign out or it expires naturally. For details, see Signing out and session security.

A few sign-in page niceties

  • The language selector in the top corner lets you switch the page (and your whole dashboard) between English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, and French before you sign in.
  • If you arrived from a link that already knows your email, the address is pre-filled and the cursor jumps straight to the password field.
  • New here? Create account takes you to registration; Forgot password? starts a reset — both are views of this same page, so you switch without leaving it (links can even open them directly).
