Managing your Profile Settings

Profile Settings is where you keep your personal and organization details up to date. These details flow into things like your invoices, so it's worth keeping them accurate.
Opening Profile Settings
- Click your account menu — the circle with your initials at the top right of any page.
- Select Profile Settings.
The page is organized into four cards: Personal Information, Company Details, Address Management, and the Danger Zone.
Personal Information
- Full Name (required) — how your name appears throughout Pledgix, including the greeting on your dashboard.
- Login Email — shown for reference but locked. Your sign-in email can't be changed here; if you need to move your account to a new address, contact support.
- Phone Number — a contact number for your account.
- Contact Person — the primary contact name or email for your organization, if it's someone other than you.
Company Details
- Company Name (English) — your organization's name in English.
- Company Name (Hebrew) — your organization's name in Hebrew, if you have one. This field accepts right-to-left text naturally.
- Tax Exempt — a toggle that marks your organization as tax-exempt for invoicing purposes. Switch it on only if your organization genuinely holds tax-exempt status.
Having both English and Hebrew names on file means your documents can display the right name for the right audience.
Address Management
Your billing address is used for invoicing:
- Address Line 1 — start typing your street address and matching suggestions appear; pick one and the city, state, ZIP, and country fill in automatically.
- Address Line 2 — apartment, suite, or unit (optional).
- City, State / Province, ZIP / Postal, Country — editable individually if you prefer to type them yourself.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the page, the Danger Zone card holds one irreversible action: Delete My Account. It permanently deletes your login and profile and removes your campaign roles; to confirm, you type your login email into the dialog. Two things to know before you use it:
- If you're the only owner of a campaign, deletion is blocked until you transfer ownership or close that campaign — the error names the campaigns in question.
- Donation and financial records that Pledgix is legally required to keep are retained even after your account is gone.
Saving your changes
Nothing is saved until you say so:
- Make your edits. The footer changes from "All changes are saved." to "You have unsaved changes." as a reminder.
- Select Save Changes — available both at the top of the page and in the footer.
- A confirmation appears once your profile is saved.
If a save fails (for example, due to a dropped connection), your edits remain on screen — just select Save Changes again.
Tip: The Save Changes button stays greyed out until you've actually changed something, so if it looks disabled, your profile already matches what's on file.
What Profile Settings does not cover
- Password changes — handled through the reset flow; see Resetting your password.
- Language preference — set from the language selector in the navigation bar; see Changing your language.
- Campaign-specific settings — each campaign has its own settings area inside that campaign.
