Accepting an invitation to a campaign

When someone adds you to their campaign on Pledgix, you receive an invitation email with a personal link. Your access is granted the moment you're invited — the link's job is simply to get you signed in smoothly.
If you're new to Pledgix
- Open the invitation email and click the accept link.
- Pledgix confirms your email address automatically — no separate verification step needed.
- You land on a secure page asking you to set your password (at least 8 characters).
- Once your password is saved, sign in with your email and new password.
- Your dashboard opens with the campaign already waiting for you under My Campaigns.
That's it — one click, one password, and you're on the team.
If you already have a Pledgix account
If you've signed in to Pledgix before, the accept link recognizes you and simply sends you to the sign-in page. Log in as usual — the new campaign is already attached to your account and appears in My Campaigns.
You keep one account no matter how many campaigns you're invited to; each invitation just adds another campaign (and a role on it) to the same login.
"This invite link is invalid or has expired"
Invitation links are single-use and expire after 7 days for security. If you see this message:
- The link was already used. If you've already set your password, just go to the sign-in page and log in — your access is intact.
- The link expired before you opened it. Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation — a campaign Owner can do this in one click from the campaign's member list, and you'll get a fresh email.
- You have a password from before. Select Sign in on the error page and log in normally.
- You don't have a password yet and the link is dead. Use Set up your login on the error page (or Forgot password? on the sign-in page) to send yourself a password link for your email address.
Tip: Always use the most recent invitation email — resending an invitation replaces the older link.
What will I be able to do?
That depends on the role you were given — Owner, Manager, Captain, Team Member, or Caller (a call-center helper on campaigns that run one). Your role badge appears on the campaign tile in My Campaigns, and Roles and permissions explained describes exactly what each role can do.
Didn't get the email?
Check your spam folder first, then confirm with the inviter that they used the right address. They can correct the address and resend in moments.
