Pledgix on your phone — the mobile app

Pledgix has a mobile app that puts your whole campaign portal on your phone — the same account, the same campaigns, the same data, wrapped in a real app experience. It's built for Android first, with iOS planned for a later phase.

Same portal, native feel

The app is your dash portal, not a cut-down companion. You manage campaigns, watch donations arrive, and work your teams exactly as on the web — with app-native navigation:

• A bottom tab bar — Home, Campaigns, Donations, and More — replaces the web menus.
• PDFs like donation receipts open in your phone's native viewer.
• Pull down to refresh any screen.
• Light, dark, or follow-your-system appearance, set in the app's own Settings.

Push notifications

Enable notifications and your phone tells you when things happen — for example, when a donation lands for one of your teams, when you're added to a campaign, or when a chat message arrives. You can turn push on or off any time in the app's Settings → Notifications.

Signing in with your fingerprint or face

Two separate security features use your phone's biometrics:

Biometric sign-in. Mobile sessions can expire after a long idle stretch, which normally means retyping your password. Instead, turn on biometric sign-in in Settings → Security while you're signed in — enabling it asks you to authenticate once, so you can never enroll a sensor that doesn't work for you. From then on, when a session expires, the login screen offers a one-tap fingerprint or face sign-in that gets you back in without a password.

App lock. Separately, you can require a biometric check every time the app opens. With app lock on, a full-screen lock covers the app on cold start and whenever you return to it after it's been in the background for more than about half a minute. Your phone's PIN or pattern works as the built-in fallback, so a misbehaving sensor never locks you out.

Both features are optional and off by default — your account works fine with just your normal login.

One account, everywhere

There's nothing separate to set up. Sign in with the same email and password (or Google) you use on the web portal, and everything is already there. Changes you make on your phone show up on the web instantly, and vice versa.
