Creating a Pledgix account takes about a minute. Once you're registered, you can launch fundraising campaigns, track donations in real time, and manage your team — all from your Pledgix dashboard.
Two ways to sign up
You can create your account in either of two ways:
- Sign up with Google — one click, using your existing Google identity. No password to remember, and no email verification step (Google has already confirmed your address).
- Email and password — fill in a short form and confirm your email address afterwards.
Both types of accounts work exactly the same once they're set up.
Signing up with your email address
- Go to the Pledgix sign-in page and select Create account.
- Enter your First name and Last name.
- Enter your Email address. This becomes your sign-in email, so use an address you check regularly.
- Choose a Password of at least 8 characters, then re-enter it in Confirm password.
- Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox.
- Complete the security check if one appears. This is an automated verification that protects Pledgix from bots — usually it completes on its own without any action from you.
- Select Create account.
You'll see a confirmation screen telling you that a verification link is on its way to your inbox.
Signing up with Google
- On the sign-up screen, select Sign up with Google.
- Choose the Google account you want to use and approve the sign-in.
- You're taken straight into your Pledgix dashboard — no verification email needed.
Tip: Whichever method you choose first becomes your sign-in method. If you signed up with Google, keep signing in with Google. If you ever want a password as well, you can use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set one for your email address.
What happens next
- Email sign-ups: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside. You won't be able to sign in until your address is confirmed. See Verifying your email address for details.
- Google sign-ups: You land directly on your dashboard, where a short welcome tour introduces the main areas of your account.
Shortly after your account becomes active, you'll also receive a one-time welcome email with a quick-start guide.
Common questions
"An account with this email already exists." Someone (probably you) has already registered with this address. Go back to the sign-in page and use Forgot password? if you don't remember your password.
The security check keeps failing. Refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, try a different browser or network — some strict privacy extensions can interfere with the check.
I agreed to the terms but the button is greyed out. The Create account button stays disabled until the security check has completed. Give it a moment, or refresh and try again.
