A tour of your Pledgix dashboard

Your Pledgix dashboard is home base for everything you do on the platform. This article walks through each area of the Home screen and the navigation around it.
The welcome tour (first sign-in only)
The very first time you sign in, a short five-step Getting started tour opens automatically. It introduces My Campaigns, My Donations, Billing, and where to find Help & Support. Use Next and Back to move through it, or Skip tour to dismiss it. Once finished or skipped, it's marked as seen on your account and won't appear again on any device — everything it covers is always reachable from the navigation described below.
The navigation bar
The bar at the top of every page contains:
- Home — the overview screen described below.
- My Campaigns — every campaign you run or fundraise on.
- Organization Page — appears only if you belong to an organization page on Pledgix. If you belong to several, it opens a chooser list.
- My Donations — your personal giving history, with downloadable PDF receipts.
- Marketing — appears only for accounts where the Pledgix team has enabled the Marketing Hub.
- Billing — appears once your account has billing set up, showing invoices and payments.
On the right you'll find the language selector, a What's New megaphone (recent product updates), the notification bell (it opens the Messages from Pledgix panel — unread campaign-chat messages from the Pledgix team; selecting a campaign opens its chat drawer), and your account menu (your initials in a circle). The account menu holds Dashboard, Profile Settings, Tehillim, Help & Support, Feedback & Roadmap, and Sign out. On smaller screens, the tabs move into a menu behind the ☰ button.
The welcome header
The top of Home greets you by name with a time-of-day greeting and offers two quick actions:
- New Campaign — opens the campaign creation wizard.
- New Donation — record or make a donation to one of your campaigns.
On larger screens the header also shows your Impact Overview card — a live summary of four numbers across all your campaigns:
- Total Raised — every dollar raised across your campaigns.
- Campaigns — how many campaigns are currently active or upcoming.
- Total Donations — the total count of completed donations.
- Avg Gift — the average donation size.
Key metric cards
Below the header, four cards break down your performance:
- My Campaigns — active campaigns, with your all-time total underneath.
- Total Funds Raised — includes a mini trend line and a percentage badge comparing the last 7 days to the 7 days before.
- Total Donations — all completed gifts.
- Average Gift Size — per-donation average.
Money figures only count campaigns you actually run (manager or captain roles). If your account is only a team member or call-center caller on its campaigns, the dashboard shows just the My Campaigns count — the fundraising totals, revenue chart, and donations feed stay hidden.
Revenue Trends chart
The Revenue Trends chart plots donations over time across your top campaigns. Use the 30d, 90d, and All buttons to change the time range, and hover over any point to see that day's total.
Recent Donations feed
Next to the chart, Recent Donations shows the latest gifts arriving across your most active campaigns — donor name (or "Anonymous donor"), amount, campaign, and how long ago it arrived. Select View all donations to open the full donations list.
Your Campaigns
At the bottom, each campaign appears as a card showing its status (Active, Upcoming, Paused, Completed, Draft, and so on), the amount raised against its goal, a progress bar, and the donation count. Select Manage Campaign on any card to open that campaign's dedicated management area.
Brand new? You'll see Getting Started instead
If you haven't created a campaign yet, Home shows a Getting Started layout instead: a three-step overview (set up, share, grow) and a Launch Your First Campaign button. Setup is free and no credit card is required. As soon as your first campaign exists, the full dashboard described above takes its place.
Tip: The dashboard refreshes its numbers automatically when you return to the tab, so you can leave it open during an event and watch results come in.
