A map of every campaign dashboard tab

Open any campaign from My Campaigns and you land in its dedicated workspace: a sidebar of tabs on the left, and the campaign header up top. This article maps every tab so you always know where to go. (For the portal-wide Home screen, see A tour of your Pledgix dashboard.)

The campaign header

Before the tabs: the header holds View Live (opens your public page as visitors see it), Launch Live Screen on campaigns with the live event screen enabled, and a chat button that opens the Chat with Pledgix drawer — your direct conversation with the Pledgix team for that campaign (payout and compliance messages arrive here; owner-level roles only). If you hold more than one role on the campaign, the header also shows the Viewing as switch with up to three positions — Manager, Captain, and Team (Switching between Manager and Team views).

The tabs, top to bottom

Overview — your campaign's front page: amount raised, donor count, progress toward goal, and the leaderboard. Everyone on the campaign sees Overview.

Planning — a shared campaign Calendar and Tasks list for coordinating your crew. Available on Pledgix Pro and Political plans (the Pledgix team can enable it for other campaigns on request).

Donations CRM — every donation, searchable and filterable, with donor details, editing tools, and exports. This is where you'll live on busy days.

Donor Relations — the merged home of donor profiles and phone outreach, in two wings: People (the Profile Center — donor profiles and relationship tools) and Call Center (phone-a-thon style calling sessions). The tab appears when either wing is enabled for your campaign.

Teams Management — create fundraising teams, assign captains, and organize members. Appears on campaigns that use teams; managers only.

Analytics — the deep-dive hub with Visits, Analytics, Historical, and Reports tabs. Which tabs you get depends on your plan; on a Pledgix Go campaign the entry appears dimmed with an upgrade prompt instead.

Design & Media — everything visitors see on your public page: hero banners, story, media gallery, tiers, and translations. Some sections inside it are plan-dependent.

Marketing & Outreach — email and SMS campaigns to your supporters. Available on Pledgix Pro and Political plans (the Pledgix team can enable it for other campaigns on request).

Financial Hub — campaign expenses and invoices, so you can track cost against funds raised.

Payouts & Transactions — your payout setup and transaction history. (Messages from the Pledgix team about payouts arrive in the Chat with Pledgix drawer, not on this tab.)

Telephone System — phone-based giving setup, for campaigns with telephony enabled.

Campaign Settings — the campaign's control room: basic details, fundraising options, payment settings, Client Portal Access (under the Team & Access tab), and integrations.

Tip: On desktop you can collapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail with the Collapse menu button at the bottom — handy on smaller screens. Your choice sticks across campaigns.

Why your sidebar might look shorter

Two things tailor the list to you:

  1. Your role. Tabs match what your role can do. Campaign leaders see the full set; in the Captain or Team view you get a focused set — Overview, Donations, Donor Relations (when your team has assigned profiles or calling is on), and a team-scoped Analytics — with numbers scoped to your own team. Teams Management stays manager-only. See Roles and permissions explained.
  2. Your campaign's plan and features. Tabs tied to optional features — Planning, Teams, Marketing, Telephone System, the Call Center wing, and others — only appear when that feature is enabled for your campaign or plan. A missing tab usually means the feature is simply switched off, not that something is broken.
Tip: If a teammate says "I don't have that tab," it's almost always a role difference. Compare what they see against the role table in Roles and permissions explained before assuming a glitch — or, if you're dual-role, flip the Viewing as switch and check for yourself.

Finding your way fast

  • The sidebar stays put as you move between tabs, so you can hop from Donations CRM to Design & Media without losing your place.
  • Each tab remembers where you were within it during your session.
  • If a link takes you to a tab you can't access, you'll simply land on Overview — nothing sensitive is ever shown by accident.
Tip: New to a campaign someone invited you to? Start with Overview for the state of play, then Teams Management (or your team's view) to find your team — those two answer most first-day questions.
