Managing multiple campaigns from one account

One Pledgix account can hold any number of campaigns — ones you run yourself and ones you've been invited to help with. The My Campaigns tab is the control room for all of them.

The stats ribbon

At the top of My Campaigns, four tiles summarize your whole portfolio at a glance:

  • Total Campaigns — everything you're associated with.
  • Open Campaigns — currently active or upcoming.
  • Total Raised — combined funds raised across all campaigns.
  • Total Donations — combined count of completed gifts.

The money tiles only count campaigns you actually run — if you're purely a team participant or caller on your campaigns, they stay hidden.

Understanding the campaign tiles

Each campaign appears as a tile showing its name, organization, amount raised against its goal, and a timeline badge such as Live Now, Early Giving, Starts in 3 days, Paused, Draft, or Ended.

Every tile also carries a role badge that tells you your relationship to that campaign:

  • Manager (blue) — you help run this campaign.
  • Team (green) — you fundraise on this campaign as a captain or team member.

Hover over the badge to see your exact role (for example, Super Admin, Manager, Captain, or Team Member). If you hold both kinds of roles on one campaign, the tile shows both badges.

Filtering and searching

  • Use the filter chips — All Campaigns, Open, Ended, Canceled — to narrow the grid by status.
  • Filter by your role to separate campaigns you run from campaigns you fundraise on.
  • Use the search box to find a campaign by name, organization, or PIN (the PIN is the short code used for phone donations).
Tip: Click the PIN on a campaign tile to copy it — handy when setting up phone-based giving.

Portfolio analytics

Below the grid, Portfolio Analytics compares your campaigns side by side:

  • Top Campaigns by Revenue — your highest performers across all time.
  • Status Distribution — a breakdown of how many campaigns are live, upcoming, ended, paused, and so on.

Jumping into a campaign

Selecting any campaign tile opens that campaign's dedicated management area, with its own tabs for overview, donations, teams, analytics, and settings. The main navigation bar stays at the top, so you can hop back to Home or over to another campaign at any time.

Creating another campaign

You can start a new campaign from two places:

  • The New Campaign button on your Home screen.
  • The Create New Campaign tile on the My Campaigns page.

Both open the same wizard. Pledgix Go and Pledgix One campaigns launch instantly; Pro and Political campaigns go through a short review by our team first.

One account, many hats

There's no need for separate logins per campaign or per organization. Your single account carries a specific role on each campaign, and Pledgix shows you exactly what your role allows in each place. See Roles and permissions explained for the details.
