How do I upload a compliance document?

Compliance documents are uploaded right inside your campaign — no email attachments needed.
Steps
- Open your campaign in the client portal and go to the Payouts & Transactions tab.
- Switch to the Verification view and find the KYC Documents card.
- Type a short description of what the document is — for example "Passport", "Driver's license", "Doctor's letter", "Rabbinical letter", or "Utility bill".
- Drag and drop your file, or click to browse. Files up to 20 MB in PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC format are accepted.
- That's it — your upload automatically moves the campaign into review. (A Submit for Review button also appears while we're still waiting on documents, if you want to send existing uploads back for another look.)
You don't need to notify anyone. Each document then shows a badge: Pending Review, Approved, or Rejected (with the reviewer's notes if rejected), and you'll get a Document Review Complete email when the team finishes.
Where documents go
Files are stored privately and viewed only through secure, time-limited links — they are never public.
Tip: A clear, uncropped photo of a government ID is the core requirement for most campaigns. If your status shows Action Required, the campaign chat (the chat icon in your campaign header) almost always spells out exactly which document is needed — reply there with the file attached.
