How do I edit my campaign story?

Your story can be edited at any time — even while donations are flowing — and updates appear on your public page shortly after saving.

Steps

  1. Open your campaign in the client portal and go to Design & Media.
  2. Open the Campaign Story tab — this is the Story Studio.
  3. Edit in the rich-text editor: headings, bold, lists, links, blockquotes, text alignment, and text/background colors are all supported. (The story itself is text-only — images go in your media gallery instead.)
  4. Save. Your public page picks up the change within a minute or so (see Why don't my edits show immediately?).

Writing in more than one language

The Story Studio keeps a separate version of your story per language, chosen from a searchable catalog of roughly 60 languages (Yiddish first) — each with its own text direction (Hebrew and Yiddish default to right-to-left). The editor shows your progress across the languages you've added, like "2 of 3 languages completed." See How do I add Hebrew or another language to my page? (Multilingual stories are a Pledgix One+ feature; Go campaigns run a single language.)

Stuck on a blank page?

The built-in AI assistant can draft your story from a few bullet points, per language — then you edit it into your own voice. Drafting uses one AI credit. AI Auto-Write is available on Pledgix One and above, when AI features are enabled for your campaign.

Tip: Lead with the hook. The opening lines of your story feed your page's search snippet and can appear in social previews when no short description is set — make the first paragraph count.
