Can I turn email notifications on or off?

Honest answer: there is currently no on/off setting for email notifications in the client portal. Your Profile Settings cover your personal information, company details, and address — not notification preferences.

Which emails you'll receive

Pledgix sends emails only when something genuinely needs your attention or creates a record you may need:

  • Account and access — invitations, email verification, password resets
  • Payouts and compliance — payout recorded, payout status changes, document review results, compliance team replies
  • Billing — invoices, payment confirmations, and failed-payment alerts
  • Support — confirmations and replies on your tickets

These are transactional, one-event-one-email messages — Pledgix doesn't send you recurring digests or marketing from the portal.

Staying informed without email

Everything email tells you also appears in the portal itself:

  1. The notification bell in the top bar shows compliance messages that need your attention, with an unread count — opening a thread marks it as read.
  2. Other updates live where the work lives: payouts in your payout pages, invoices in billing, and support replies in My support tickets inside the Help Center.

See The notification bell: staying up to date for the full tour.

Tip: If a specific email category is genuinely unwanted, tell us via Help & Support — feature requests are a real ticket category, and notification preferences are the kind of setting that gets built when people ask.
