Planning with the campaign calendar

The campaign calendar gives you a month-by-month view of everything happening in your campaign: your events, your tasks, and the campaign's own live window. You'll find it under Planning → Calendar in your campaign workspace.

What the calendar shows

The month grid layers three kinds of information, with a legend at the bottom:

  • Events — gatherings, phone-a-thons, launch parties, and anything else you schedule (blue pills)
  • Tasks — to-dos with due dates from your Tasks board (amber pills, turning green when done). Date-range tasks appear on every day of their range.
  • Campaign Days — the days your campaign is live are highlighted, so you can see your work plan against the campaign window itself

Above the grid, a Campaign Timeline banner shows your campaign's current state (live, upcoming, or ended), its start and end dates, and a progress bar through the campaign's duration. Stat tiles track Total Days, Days Elapsed, Days Left, Total Events, Tasks, and overdue counts.

Navigate with the previous/next arrows or jump back with Today. If a day is packed, a "+N more" link expands it.

Viewing a day's details

Click any day to open the day view — a focused panel listing every event and task scheduled for that date. It's the fastest way to answer "what's happening Thursday?"

Adding events

Create events directly from the calendar with a title, date and time, and an event type so different kinds of activities are visually distinct on the grid. Upcoming events also appear in the Upcoming Events list beside the calendar, so the next few commitments are always in view.

Tasks on the calendar

Tasks from your Planning → Tasks board automatically appear on the calendar on their due dates. The sidebar's Task Progress panel summarizes how much of your task list is complete. To create or edit tasks, switch to the Tasks tab — the two views share the same data. (See Managing campaign tasks and to-dos.)

Syncing with Google Calendar

The Google Calendar Sync card next to the calendar lets you connect a Google account to this campaign. Once connected, your campaign events sync to Google Calendar, so your campaign schedule shows up alongside the rest of your life — on your phone, in Gmail, everywhere your Google Calendar goes.

Each campaign has its own connection, so you can route different campaigns to different calendars. The Google Calendar integration is its own feature on Pledgix Pro and Political plans — if the card is missing while the calendar itself works, that integration isn't enabled for your campaign.

Tip: Use the calendar as your weekly planning ritual. Open it every Monday, review the Campaign Timeline banner for how many days remain, check overdue tasks, and schedule the week's outreach as events. Campaigns that plan visibly raise more consistently.

Who can use the calendar

The Planning section (calendar and tasks) is available to campaign Managers and Campaign Admins. Team members and captains don't see it — their portal view focuses on their team's progress.

Planning is included on Pledgix Pro and Political plans. It's not part of Pledgix Go or One, but the Pledgix team can enable it for a specific campaign — contact support if your campaign needs it.
