Accessing your organization page

Beyond time-limited fundraising campaigns, Pledgix also hosts permanent organization pages — always-on giving pages for foundations and nonprofits that never "end" the way a campaign does.

The Organization Page tab

If your account is a member of one or more organization pages, an Organization Page tab appears in your top navigation, between My Campaigns and My Donations.

  • If you belong to one organization page, the tab takes you straight into that page's management dashboard — no extra clicks.
  • If you belong to several, the tab opens an Organizations chooser listing each page with its logo and name. Select Open next to the one you want to manage.

If you don't belong to any organization page, the tab simply doesn't appear — this is normal for most accounts.

What you can do there

An organization page's dashboard works like a campaign dashboard: you can watch donations arrive, manage your team, review analytics, and update the page content — according to your role on that page (see Roles and permissions explained). A few campaign-specific tabs (such as Design & Media and some analytics views) don't apply to evergreen pages and won't appear.

The key difference is that an organization page is evergreen: it stays live indefinitely, with no start or end dates, making it the right home for year-round general giving.

Organization pages vs. campaigns

| | Campaign | Organization page | |---|---|---| | Duration | Has start and end dates | Always live | | Purpose | A specific fundraising drive or event | Ongoing general giving | | Where it appears | My Campaigns tab | Organization Page tab |

Your organization can have both: a permanent organization page for year-round donations, plus individual campaigns for specific drives, events, or emergency appeals.

Getting access to an organization page

Access is by invitation. An owner or manager of the page invites you by email, exactly like a campaign invitation — see Accepting a team invitation. Once your membership is active, the Organization Page tab appears in your navigation automatically the next time your campaign list refreshes.

Tip: If you were just added to an organization page and don't see the tab yet, refresh your browser — the navigation updates once it re-reads your list of pages.

The tab disappeared?

The tab is only shown for organization pages that are currently active. If a page is archived, it no longer counts — the tab disappears (or the page drops out of your chooser list). If you believe you should still have access, contact the page's owner.
