The Finale Share Kit

What the kit makes

The Finale Share Kit turns your campaign's numbers into polished celebration media you can post anywhere:

• Two banners in one click — a 1080×1920 story format (Instagram/WhatsApp stories) and a 1080×1080 square (feed posts), rendered in your campaign's colors with your totals. If you've hit your goal, the banner carries a gold "Goal reached" chip.
• A 30-second vertical video — a 1080×1920 highlight clip built from your campaign's story and results. You can upload one music track of your own (MP3, M4A, AAC, or WAV, up to 12 MB) to score it; with no track, the video renders silent. Make sure you have the rights to any music you upload.
• A celebration email to your teams — one click sends a celebration email, with the banners attached and a 7-day download link to the video, to the contact addresses of your active teams. You can send to all teams or pick specific ones, and you'll confirm the recipient count before anything goes out.

Assets render in your choice of English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, or Russian, with right-to-left layouts handled automatically. Political campaigns celebrate the donor count rather than dollar totals.

Where it lives

Open Campaign Settings → Fundraising and scroll to the Finale Share Kit section. Generate the banners first — the video and the team email both build on them. Video rendering runs in the background (usually a minute or two); the card shows a live progress bar, and you can cancel a render at any time. Only one video render runs at a time per campaign.

You don't have to wait for the campaign to end. The kit is available throughout your campaign and always renders the totals as they stand right now — some organizers make a "look how far we've come" video mid-campaign and the real finale piece after the finish.

Re-generating and cooldowns

Each generate overwrites the previous version, so your download always reflects the latest run. To keep renders fair across the platform, campaign managers get one action per 48 hours in each category — banner generation, video generation, and the team email each run on their own separate clock, per campaign. Downloading assets you've already generated is never limited, and uploading or swapping your music track doesn't count against any clock. If you hit a cooldown, the card shows exactly when the next run unlocks. Need something urgent inside the window? The Pledgix team can regenerate for you.

Plan availability

The Finale Share Kit is included on Pledgix One and above (the Pledgix team can enable it for other campaigns on request).

Tip: Send the team celebration email within a day of your finish, while the excitement is fresh — team leaders forwarding a ready-made banner and video to their circles is one of the easiest post-campaign visibility wins you'll get. The video link in that email works for 7 days, so encourage teams to download and repost promptly.
