Goal celebrations on your page

The "We did it!" moment

When your campaign hits its big moment, every open campaign page can erupt in a full-screen celebration animation — live, for everyone watching at that instant. You control the whole thing from Campaign Settings → Live → Success Celebration.

Choosing the trigger

Four trigger options decide when the celebration fires:

  • From now — always on — the page celebrates continuously, no waiting for a milestone. Good for victory-lap pages after a campaign wraps.
  • When we reach our goal — the default. Fires the moment your raised total crosses the goal.
  • When we reach our bonus goal — holds the celebration for the stretch-goal moment (this option appears only if you've set a bonus goal).
  • When the campaign ends — fires at your end time, whatever the total (needs an end date, so evergreen campaigns won't see it).

The moment itself is remembered permanently: once your goal or bonus goal is crossed, later refunds or goal edits never "un-celebrate" it. Editing your goal after the fact also never triggers a surprise celebration — if you lower your goal below what you've already raised, use Celebrate now to fire it deliberately.

Picking a style

Choose the animation: Confetti, Balloons, Fireworks, or Gold rain. The Preview button plays the effect in your own browser only, so you can audition styles without touching your live page.

The encore window

Visitors who arrive after the moment still deserve the show. The encore setting keeps an ambient version of the celebration playing for later visitors — off, 24 hours, 72 hours (the default), or 7 days after the moment fires. (The platform supports up to 14 days for special cases.) Set it to off and only people watching live see the animation.

Celebrate now

The Celebrate now button in the same section fires the celebration manually, on every open campaign page, right then — and restarts the encore window. It's the tool for milestone moments the automatic triggers don't cover: crossing a number you announced from the stage, a matched-hour finish, or re-celebrating during a follow-up push. There's a short cooldown (about 10 minutes) between manual fires.

One guardrail is absolute: celebrations never fire before your campaign launches. During Coming Soon or countdown phases, nothing plays — not even Celebrate now — so early-giving totals can't spoil your launch.

Your page vs. the Live Screen

On the public donor page, the celebration is a pure visual effect — confetti falls over the page exactly as it is, with no banner or headline covering your content. The big announcement treatment lives on the Live Screen: there, the same moment plays large with a headline ("We did it!", "Beyond the goal!", or "What a finish!") and your donor count and total underneath — built for the room at a live event.

Plan availability

Success Celebrations are included on Pledgix One and above (the Pledgix team can enable it for other campaigns on request).

Tip: Pair the celebration with your final-hours plan: when the goal falls, the page celebrates on its own — but if you're running an event, having Celebrate now ready lets you sync the confetti to the emcee's announcement instead of the database's.
